Where it started
Property Matrimony was our first multi-city client. A real-estate platform with mandates in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Chennai — and a brief that was about expressions of interest a developer could act on, not raw traffic.
We began where we knew the ground: residential in Delhi NCR, three months, one market, so the team’s capacity and the reporting rhythm were settled before anything else was added.
What we tested
The same method as every onboarding. Google Ads to capture what buyers were already searching for; Meta — Facebook and Instagram — for the outbound volume a new launch depends on, because that is where visual communication lives; LinkedIn to hold the quality line on the higher tickets. Then we matched Google’s and LinkedIn’s quality against Meta’s volume, city by city, until the two lined up.
How it scaled
After NCR held for three months, each city came in with its own audience sets and its own creatives — Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai — across different residential categories. One national campaign would have averaged four very different markets into noise; four city campaigns did not.
The thirty days in Bengaluru
A newly launched project in Bengaluru: 45 EOIs inside the first 30 days. The rest of the mandate followed the same shape.
The result
Twelve months, 17,000+ verified EOIs across four cities, with no lead duplicated between markets and no quality drop as volume rose. Property Matrimony’s team crushed their sales targets on the back of it — and were elevated to Gold Membership status with Prestige Group.
